Hara’s indoor spaces are fully designed to be accessible for visitors who use wheelchairs or are unable to use stairs. All floors can be reached by lift, and accessible toilets are available throughout the building.

You are welcome to visit Hara with your pets. During your visit, they must remain on a lead and stay with their owner at all times. They are not permitted to roam freely.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for visitors during their visit.

Cloakrooms and lockers are available at Hara’s entrance and on floor –1. We recommend that you avoid carrying your bags with you during your visit.

Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited in Hara’s indoor areas.

Consuming food or drinks purchased outside Hara is not allowed. Food and drinks are not permitted in the exhibition areas.

Please do not touch the artworks under any circumstances. In the event of any damage, Hara reserves the right to initiate the necessary procedures.

Strollers are permitted; however, Hara does not have baby-changing or nursing facilities.

At Hara, the safety of children is our priority. Young children not in strollers must be accompanied by their parents throughout the visit.

Children under 10 may not be left unsupervised in either indoor or outdoor areas. Parents are responsible for ensuring that children do not touch the artworks in the exhibition spaces.

Hara reserves the right to take necessary action in the event of damage to any artwork.

The use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks, camera supports, and similar equipment is prohibited at Hara.

Photography and video recording is allowed for personal use only.

However, all recording must be done without disturbing other visitors’ experiences.

Commercial or social media shoots are not permitted. Changing outfits or accessories, posed content, staged shoots, fashion/product photography, or alternative setups are prohibited.

Any use beyond personal purposes, including sharing, reproduction, promotion, commercial content creation, publication, or public dissemination, requires Hara’s prior written permission.

Visitors are responsible for complying with copyright laws and related legal regulations.

Guests are asked to make use of public parking facilities in the surrounding area, as Hara does not offer on-site parking or valet service.
