VISITING HARA

Hara is a space for art and thought surrounded by nature, where visitors are encouraged to enjoy moments of quiet experience.

The nearest bus stop to Hara is Uskumruköy. The bus lines serving this stop are:
152 / Hacıosman Metro – Zekeriyaköy
59HS / Hacıosman Metro – Sarıtepe Campus

The main entrances at Hara are accessible for visitors using wheelchairs. All floors of the building can be reached by lift.

The visitor toilets are located on Floor -1 and are wheelchair accessible.

Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited in Hara’s indoor areas.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for visitors during their visit.

Food and drinks are not permitted in the exhibition areas. Bringing food or drinks from outside is also not allowed.

Cloakrooms and lockers are available at Hara’s entrance and on Floor –1. We recommend that you avoid carrying your bags with you during your visit.

Please do not touch the artworks under any circumstances. In the event of any damage, Hara reserves the right to initiate the necessary procedures.

Pets are permitted at Hara's outdoor areas, but they must remain on a lead at all times and stay with their owners. Pets are not allowed indoors.

Strollers are permitted; however, Hara does not have baby-changing or nursing facilities.

At Hara, the safety of children and the preservation of artworks are our top priorities. Young children not in strollers must be accompanied by their parents throughout the visit.

Children under 10 may not be left unsupervised in either indoor or outdoor areas. Parents are responsible for ensuring that children do not touch the artworks in the exhibition spaces.

Hara reserves the right to take necessary action in the event of damage to any artwork.

The use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks, camera supports, and similar equipment is prohibited at Hara.

Photography and video recording is allowed for personal use only.

However, all recording must be done without disturbing other visitors’ experiences.

Commercial or social media shoots are not permitted. Changing outfits or accessories, posed content, staged shoots, fashion/product photography, or alternative setups are prohibited.

Any use beyond personal purposes, including sharing, reproduction, promotion, commercial content creation, publication, or public dissemination, requires Hara’s prior written permission.

Visitors are responsible for complying with copyright laws and related legal regulations.

Guests are asked to make use of public parking facilities in the surrounding area, as Hara does not offer on-site parking or valet service.
