
OPENING HOURS AND TICKET INFORMATION
Hara and the Hara Café are open to visitors on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12:30 to 18:30.
Last entry to the exhibition area is 30 minutes before closing time.
Hara is closed to visitors on the first day of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, as well as on 1 January and 1 May.

ACCESSIBILITY
- Hara’s main entrances are accessible for visitors using wheelchairs.
- All floors of the building can be reached by a fully accessible lift.
- Public toilets are located on floor -1 and are wheelchair accessible.
- Wheelchair-accessible toilets are also available on floor 1.
EXHIBITIONS AND COMMON AREAS
- Please refrain from smoking or using e-cigarettes in Hara’s enclosed areas.
- Free Wi-Fi is available during your visit.
- Food and drink are not permitted in the exhibition areas.
- We kindly ask not carrying bags during your visit; cloakrooms and lockers are available on the ground and -1 floors.
- Please do not touch the artworks unless otherwise indicated.
- Pets are welcome at Hara.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING
- The use of flash, camera stands, selfie sticks, and tripods is not permitted at Hara.
- Unless otherwise stated, you may take photographs and videos in the exhibition areas for personal, non-commercial use.
- Any reproduction, publication, distribution, sale, or public sharing of images beyond personal use requires Hara’s prior written permission. Visitors are responsible for ensuring they do not violate copyright or other laws.
FOR FAMILIES
- Prams and pushchairs are welcome at Hara.
- To ensure the safety of both children and the artworks, we kindly ask that visitors hold the hands of young children unless they’re in a stroller during their visit.
