In this children’s workshop for ages 5-8, participants will set out to explore Hara’s garden with baskets in hand.

After observing up close the textures and forms found in nature, they will pick up their brushes and bring the garden’s many inhabitants to life. Butterflies, caterpillars, flowers, turtles and birds will take shape on paper, transformed by the children’s imaginations.

Combining observation, discovery and creative expression, the workshop encourages children to explore their surroundings, move freely, and use what they find in nature as inspiration for their own colourful creations.
