Flautist and composer Juli Deák comes to Hara, marking her debut performance in Turkey. Deák presents a concert experience amplifying the flute’s own mechanical sounds, foregrounding the interaction between the instrument and different breathing and blowing techniques.
Alongside her classical music training in Krakow and Stockholm, Deák’s practice draws on improvisation, jazz and folk traditions. Following the release of her debut album Brisk in 2026, Deák has performed at festivals including Intonal, Norbergfestival, MENT Ljubljana and WOS Festival.
With the contribution of the Liszt Institute Hungarian Cultural Centre.
