Associate Professor G\u00fclnur Ek\u015fi Bona, a scholar of medicinal plants and their traditional uses, leads a hands-on Winter Tea Workshop at Hara.<\/p>\n

As the days grow colder, nature offers a wealth of herbs that strengthen the body and warm the spirit. Yet even the most healing plant can have unwanted effects if not used correctly. In this workshop, G\u00fclnur Ek\u015fi Bona will share her expertise on identifying, blending, and safely preparing winter herbs.<\/p>\n

Participants will:<\/p>\n

– Explore the active compounds and pharmacological properties of key winter herbs
\n– Learn how to balance herbal blends and understand their interactions
\n– Create their own personalised winter tea blends using natural, safe recipes for home use.<\/p>\n
